Warranty Information

ZytronDirect.com works hard to ensure top quality parts and processes are used in the making of all of our products. We are confident that our products are reliable and durable so we offer a three-year parts and labor warranty against defects for all of our products, unless otherwise noted.

There may be an occasion to return a product whether in warranty or out of warranty. To return a product in either case, we use four simple steps to expedite repairs and returns.

If the unit is In Warranty and the failure is determined to be a warranty issue and not a misuse of the product, ZytronDirect.com will cover all labor, material and shipping costs.

If the unit is Out of Warranty or is determined to have failed due to misuse, service beyond its expected life or other non-warranty issue the customer will be responsible for all labor, material and shipping costs. In this case the customer will be contacted for approval before the repair is done.

We pride ourselves in excellent customer service and want to make the return process fast and efficient so you can be up and running in as short a time as possible.

Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, please login to your account, click on the product from your order history and submit a return request to receive a Return ID number. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions for how to return items from your order.

You may return most new, unused products in its original packaging in resaleable condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (not including shipping), exchange or store credit. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (for example, if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the products returned are not resaleable (for example, used or parts/materials missing, etc.) the products will be shipped back to the original buyer at the buyer's expense.

You should expect to receive your refund within 10 business days of us receiving your return; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Most in stock products ship in 1 to 3 business days. Most special orders ship in 3 to 5 business days.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Any additional import fees or taxes are paid by the receiver.

We are not responsible for carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) shipping delays once your order leaves our facility.

Free Shipping Over $199

We offer a free domestic shipping option via USPS for online orders over $199.

  • Order must total $199 or more and be placed online.
  • Free shipping applies to shipments within the continental US only.
  • Order must weigh less than 50 pounds.

Not all orders will qualify for free shipping. These include:

  • Online orders shipping any method other than ground will be charged standard UPS/USPS rates.
  • Online orders under $199 are charged standard UPS/USPS rates.
  • Our free shipping offer is not available to customers outside the continental US (lower 48 states).
  • Shipments over 50 pounds are excluded from free shipping.

ZytronDirect.com ships via UPS & USPS. You will see UPS/USPS charges for each shipment method at checkout. P.O. boxes must ship USPS.

We are required by law to collect applicable state sales tax for all orders with a NJ billing address.
